Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a customer has paid through a payment gateway, it cannot be refunded except in cases where the customer’s card or bank account has been debited multiple times due to technical errors OR a customer’s account has been debited in excess of the amount due to technical errors. In such case, excess amounts excluding Payment Gateway charges will be refunded to the customer.

To request a refund, the Customer must provide the transaction number and original payment receipt (if any) generated at the time of payment.

The application should be sent to info@rtffinancial.com in the prescribed format.

After verifying the application, if the claim is found valid, the excess amount received will be refunded in favor of the applicant by RTF through electronic means within 21 calendar days of receipt. The money will appear in your bank account within 3-21 days which depends on your bank’s policy.
The Company assumes no responsibility or liability if it cannot effect any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date due to any of the following:

If the Payment Instruction(s) issued by you are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, and/or delayed.
If the Payment Account does not have sufficient funds/limits to cover the amount detailed in the Payment Instruction(s)
If any charge or encumbrance exists on the funds available in the Payment Account.
If your Bank fails to honor the Payment Instruction(s)
Unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Company (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, computer or telephone line breakdowns due to unforeseeable causes, etc.)

The Company may elect to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services provided in connection with this Agreement through binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. All such disputes, controversies, or claims shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, not consolidated with those of other parties.
